Since his entry into the residential sales arena in 2001, Jeremy has excelled as a result of his enthusiasm for delivering successful closings, attention to detail and ability to help his clients identify hidden opportunities. Having worked in a sales position for the majority of his adult life, he is known for his willingness to go the extra mile and commitment to provide his clients with a superior standard of support and service.
Raised in the business of real estate, Jeremy has an inherent knowledge of negotiating, marketing and property valuation. He got his formal start in the real estate industry as an assistant to Helen Rowe, one of the L.A. region’s most well-known and respected agents. Jeremy credits this crucial behind-the-scenes experience for allowing him to develop an effective system for all of the services he provides for his clients, along with an extensive expertise in contract review and preparations.
With a recognition that finding the right home for a buyer takes one skill set, yet orchestrating a successful closing requires another skill set altogether, one that is heavily dependent on research, organization and follow-through, Jeremy has built a substantial base of satisfied clientele. A Licensed Notary, he believes his ability to deliver seamless transactions has been due to his determination to succeed and focus on providing timely communications, along with the trusted network of service providers he relies on to help with his clients’ transactions.
Motivated to make a lasting impact on the lives of his clients, Jeremy enjoys helping buyers and sellers with a variety of needs. His love for helping people extends to the community where he lives and works, as he frequently volunteers for many charitable organizations that benefit local children and schools.
